Let’s start with the truth. I was excited to find this at the library and quickly checked it out. It took me four renewals before I even started it. Why? I was afraid. What was I afraid of? That King would suck me into his book so much that I couldn’t focus on much else. Let me explain.

When I read 11/22/63, it was during a week-long vacation. I had no self-control to stop reading. I told my partner I couldn’t stop reading until I finished the book. Thankfully, they didn’t mind one bit. Fairy Tale captivated me as well. The story follows a teenager named Charlie Reade. He does a good deed for a grumpy neighbor, and that act changes his life forever.

Check it out!

Fairy Tale has adventure, magic, danger, and so much more. I loved every minute of this novel. King has a way with words that brews intrigue, excitement, and enjoyment from his readers. Kudos to King on a great book!

Which Stephen King book is your favorite? I want to read more, so please share in the comments. Make sure to check out additional Fiction Friday posts for more good reads.
