Cycle-Breakers Unite!

I have a running list of parenting books I recommend, so I figured I should start one about books that have helped me regarding trauma and inner child healing. This is a post for cycle-breakers and those who want to begin breaking cycles of generational trauma and harmful family patterns. The world needs to heal and it starts with YOU! These books are important reads; some are even vital! A disclaimer: books are NOT a substitute for therapy with a certified therapist. Seek therapy whenever possible. Having said that, let’s begin!
