When my partner got Covid, a year into the pandemic, a kind neighbor dropped off a package of Liquid I.V., saying it would help keep the body hydrated. We received the Lemon-Lime flavor, and it tasted good. It has added sugar and salt for purpose, not flavor.

Check it out!

Add these hydration multiplier packets to 16 ounces of water, shake or stir until dissolved, then consume. The product description states it has three times the electrolytes compared to regular sports drinks, many vitamins, and hydrates the body twice as fast as plain water. I feel it helped when we were sick.

Now we consume it often. Our favorite way is to blend two cups of water with lots of ice to make an icy. This yummy slush keeps us hydrated, cool, and full of Vitamins C, B3, B5, B6, and B12. If it is at night, we’ll add a splash of tart cherry concentrate as it naturally contains melatonin. There are many flavor packet options. Our favorites are lemon-lime and tangerine. Liquid I.V. would make great Easter basket and holiday stocking items. Give them a try!
