Seafire by Natalie C. Parker is the first book of the Seafire trilogy. I picked it up recently at a thrift store. This story is about female pirates kicking booty.

Check it out!

The captain of the Mors Navis is Caledonia Styx. Aric Athair and his army called the Bullets killed Caledonia’s parents. She now leads a crew of girls and women who seek to take down this warlord.

Seafire was exciting throughout, and I looked forward to every chance I got to read more. This story contains many strong female characters. A warning for those that care: Book One ends on a cliffhanger.

Oftentimes, I enjoy the first book in a series but never move on to the next one. That is not the case with Seafire. I anticipate reading the entire trilogy. I’ll keep you posted.
